This Father's Day, Paolo Bediones opened up about how becoming a dad brought healing, purpose, and a new chapter in his life.

In an Instagram post, Paolo shows a happy family photo with his wife, Lara Moreno, and their children: Millen Gal, Frost Sandoval, and Avery.

On its caption, the Survivor Philippines host shares his musings on fatherhood.

"Being a dad saved me," he said.

"I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.

"Fatherhood gave me something deeper than ambition -- a reason to wake up with purpose.

"I used to chase things I thought would make me whole. But becoming a dad taught me: a simple life, lived with love and intention, is worth more than any title or trophy.

"I've made mistakes. I've lost pieces of myself. So much was taken, and still, I gave -- even when it hurt.

"But if I had to do it all over again? I would. Every trial, every detour, every dark moment… because it brought me here. And I wouldn't trade this for the world."

Then, he told his kids, "Thank you for bringing joy into my life [and for not being too pasaway 😅]. I love you so much. Your mama and I are always behind you, cheering you on."

Paolo gave a short message to his wife, "Happy Father's Day din kay Mama… @mylaramorena kasi minsan ikaw din ang tatay ng tahanan."

To his fellow dads, the TV host said, "Happy Father's Day to all the dads and father figures -- especially the ones who found their way back to themselves through the love of a child."
