On Instagram, friends and guests congratulated the newlyweds with shared heartwarming photos and videos from the ceremony.
The wedding took place at a tropical garden venue in Boracay. Phoebe walked down the aisle in an elegant wedding gown, carrying a beautiful bouquet and wearing a flowing veil.
