The internet once again buzzes with speculation that celebrity couple Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli are expecting their first child.
The rumors intensified after a friend of the actor shared their unexpected encounter in a now-deleted social media post.
"Deep in a meeting with a colleague, totally unaware someone familiar was right there until Gianmatteo Guidicelli walked up and said, 'ka-ila gyud ko ani!' (I know this person!),” the post read, alongside a photo of the two.
During their friendly catch-up, the duo took time to reminisce about their past experiences, including shoots, Airborne Proficiency Jumps, and their days at ISAFP.
However, what caught netizens' attention was the line: "P.S. He is soon to be a daddy. Congratulations, bro!”
Fans went into a frenzy after the friend later appeared to reaffirm the pregnancy speculation in the comments section.
Neither Sarah nor Matteo has publicly confirmed that they're expecting.

The now-deleted post comes amid previous pregnancy rumors surrounding the couple. At one point, Matteo even joined in on the speculation by sharing a sonogram image.

Fans later learned, however, that it was a prank, as the actor revealed that he was actually the one who underwent the ultrasound.
Yet, some fans also speculated that the post was a special hint from the couple and took it as a possible confirmation of the pregnancy rumors.
Matteo and Sarah tied the knot in an intimate wedding on February 20, 2020. Since then, the couple has happily shared sweet moments on social media and at gatherings.
