Held at the Mall of Asia Arena last October 21, the groundbreaking event honored the success and growing influence of local artists in the music industry.
With prestigious artists, industry guests, and thousands of passionate fans in attendance, the Filipino Music Awards delivered an unforgettable evening filled with electrifying performances, heartfelt speeches, and historic wins.
Adding more star power to the stage, the event was hosted by beloved celebrities Joey Mead King, Michael Sager, and Elijah Canlas!

Kings of P-pop SB19 dominated the first-ever Filipino Music Awards, taking home multiple major wins! The group bagged Pop Song of the Year and People's Choice Award: Song for their viral hit “DUNGKA!” Their Simula at Wakas World Tour also earned big honors, winning Tour of the Year and Concert of the Year. Capping off their victorious night, SB19 was hailed as both People's Choice Artist and Artist of the Year.
Pop band Cup of Joe also made waves at this year's Filipino Music Awards! Their chart-topping hit “Multo” was hailed as Song of the Year, while their album Silakbo proudly took home Album of the Year.
IV of Spades' ZILD received the prestigious Alternative Song of the Year award for his song “I.N.A.S.”
The OPM duo dwta and SB19's Justin de Dios won Folk Song of the Year for their heartfelt single "Sampung Mga Daliri."
Filipino singer-songwriter and musician Dionela took home the R&B Song of the Year for his hit "Marilag."
Make way as Morobeats won Hip-Hop Song of the Year for their track “GUBAT NA SIYUDAD.”
IV Of Spades proved once again their talent and passion as their song "Aura" received the Rock Song of the Year.
The Filipino Music Awards didn't just celebrate local talent as it also honored global stars! For the People's Choice Awards: International Artist, the spotlight shone on none other than BTS member J-Hope!
In commemoration and honor of renowned artists, the Filipino Music Awards presented the special Legacy Awards. The Tribute Award was given to the late singer and actress Pilita Corrales, while Ang Misyon Orchestra of the Filipino Youth received the Music Foundation Award. The Lifetime Achievement Award went to legendary Jose Mari Chan.
Sony Music Philippines was recognized as Music Company of the Year.
