Seo In-guk kept his promise of creating unforgettable memories with his Filipino fans as he returned to Manila for his "2025 Asia Fanmeeting Tour: Heart Cookie," held at the SM North EDSA Skydome last Saturday, September 20.
The Twelve actor brought endless kilig to the crowd, serenading them with his songs, playing fun games, sharing "heart talks," and even surprising fans with special gifts.
