Beyond the high-energy performances and crowd-favorite hits, the girls took a heartfelt moment to express their gratitude to their longtime manager, Joy Cancio, who has been instrumental in shaping their careers.
Joy Cancio, who has been a guiding figure for the group since their early days, praised the SexBomb Girls for their accomplishments. “Ayaw kong ma-stress, kailangan happy lang,” she said, emphasizing the importance of joy and positivity in their journey. She also congratulated them on their reunion, noting, “Napuno ninyo itong first reunion concert n'yo, congratulations,” and reflected on the bond they share: “Ang daming nagmamahal sa inyo. Hindi man maganda ang pagkakahiwalay natin noon, pero alam ko na nagmamahalan tayo.”
The group also paid tribute to the late director Pat Perez, who played a pivotal role during their early years. Rochelle Pangilinan-Solinap remembered, “Siya ang tumulong sa amin, noong nagkakakalas-kalas kami noon, si Direk Pat Perez din 'yung isang tumayong magulang sa amin na pinagbubuklod kami, at si Direk Rowel Ikamen at sa lahat ng staff ng Daisy Siete at proud na proud kaming makasama kayo sa pitong taon dahil tayo, ang alam ko, pinaka-long running show.”
Members of the group shared emotional messages for Joy, highlighting the profound impact she has had on their personal and professional lives. Jopay Paguia-Zamora recalled, “Naalala ko 'yung sinabi ni Ate Joy dati, kapag dancer ni-la-lang kami 'eh, 'Dancer lang 'yan.' Pero, sabi ni Ate Joy, hindi kayo dancer lang. Gagawin natin ang Daisy Siete, artista kayo. Hindi ko makakalimutan 'yung sinabi ni Ate Joy. Ate Joy, ang narating po ng SexBomb ngayon, ikaw po ang unang nagturo sa amin na maging matapang, lumaban, inangat mo ang pangalan ng SexBomb, hindi lang dancer kung 'di artista, at ngayon mga negosyante na, Ate Joy.”
Rochelle added, “Si Ate Joy ang unang unang nagtiwala sa amin, noong mga panahong walang nagtitiwala sa amin, maraming salamat sa aming pangalawang ina.”
Meanwhile, Aira highlighted how Joy nurtured her talents: “Naiiyak ako, bilang dancer, nang amateur hindi ko alam na ma-re-reach ko 'yung dream ko sa pagsasayaw. Si Ate Joy, siya talaga 'yung nagbigay sa akin ng talent na makilala ko 'yung sarili ko. Binago niya ang buhay ko, from Philippines to Australia, thank you so much.”
Sunshine Garcia-Castro expressed her gratitude for the opportunities Joy provided: “Alam n'yo po, si Ate Joy, alam niyang hindi ako marunong sumayaw, kung hindi po dahil kay Ate Joy sa Eat Bulaga, wala pong SexBomb ngayon...Nasaksihan ng mga pamilya namin, ng asawa ko, ng mga anak namin...thank you sa suporta n'yo hindi kayo bumitaw sa amin simula sa umpisa. Maraming, maraming salamat.”
Jopay concluded on behalf of the group: “In behalf of SexBomb Bomb, salamat sa lahat ng mga tinuro mo sa amin, sa lahat ng mga paghihigpit mo sa amin, Ate Joy, sa mga pagsigaw mo, Ate Joy kung hindi dahil noon sa mga pagsigaw mo wala kami rito ngayon.
