After 20 weeks, GMA Telebabad's top-rating series First Lady comes to an end.
Incumbent president Glenn Acosta (Gabby Concepcion) defeated former first lady and senator Allegra Trinidad (Isabel Rivas) in the elections. Glenn's running mate, Mayor Moises Valentin (Rocco Nacino), also won decisively.
Melody (Sanya Lopez) is also pregnant with her and Glenn's first baby.
