Sofia Trazona gives breast augmentation update

Content creator Sofia Trazona gave a candid look into her recovery journey following her breast implant surgery, detailing the ups and downs she experienced during the first week post-operation.
In her Facebook post, Sofia shared that the first two days were marked by discomfort rather than intense pain.
“So first and second day, siyempre nahihirapan akong kumilos kasi it's more of an uncomfy feeling and weird feeling than painful. 'Yung feeling na merong uncomfy and foreign object sa katawan mo, yun lang yung napi-feel ko talaga and medyo distracting siya,” she related.
She added that the pain peaked on the third day, despite her high tolerance.
“I have a really high pain tolerance pero nag-peak siya the third day. Like, nahihirapan talaga akong bumangon. Nahirapan talaga akong tumayo. And mind you, ako lang din po ang nag-aalaga sa sarili ko. May pumupunta lang dito sa house na friend ko to treat my sutures hanggang third day,” she shared.
According to Sofia, her condition steadily improved starting the fourth day, with recovery becoming “padali nang padali” until the sixth day.
She even noted how much easier things had become by then, saying, “I even put up 'yung ibang furniture ko rito on my fourth day, ganoon siya kadali.”
While she still felt some “weird” sensation in her chest, Sofia said a noticeable change came by the seventh day, when things started to feel normal again.
By the eighth day, she had also resumed some of her usual activities.
“And nakaalis na rin ako ng bahay, nakapag-pa-color na ako [ng buhok] on my eighth day,” she shared.
“Also, nakipag-meet up na rin ako kay doc for consultation and iche-check niya rin kung ano na 'yung mga nangyari sa akin nung eighth day.”
Sofia also revealed she currently has bruises around her body, but reassured her followers that these are temporary and part of the healing process, offering an honest glimpse into the realities of post-surgery recovery.
