Tootsie Guevarra's life in the United States as hospital executive

Tootsie Guevarra became an OPM icon in the 90s to 2000s because of her hit singles 'Sa Araw Ng Pasko,' 'Kaba,' and 'Mahal Ka Sa Akin.'
At the height of her popularity, she migrated to the United States with her parents for a new life.
After two decades, she explained her decision to leave the bright lights of showbiz in the Philippines.
In an interview with fellow singer Paco Arespacochaga, Tootsie, whose real name is Emma Theresa Pinga, received indecent proposals during her time as a singer in the Philippines.
"I just told myself I'm gonna put a pause because I don't agree with the environment. I'm gonna reinvent and create my life as Emma,” she said.
Now based in the United States, Tootsie has been working in the health care industry for some time now. In face, she is now a regional hospital executive in California.
