Social media influencer and mom Trina Candaza opened up about her co-parenting setup with ex Carlo Aquino.
Trina and Carlo have a four-year-old daughter named Enola Mithi.
In an Instagram Q&A, Trina described her co-parenting with Carlo as 'good' and 'civil.'
She also shared advice with fellow parents about making decisions for their children.
Mommy Trina explained, “Sometimes, we convince ourselves that our decisions are what's best for our child, but in reality, they're influenced by our own emotions.”
“We try to justify them as being for the child's good, even when they might not be. Know the line between what's truly best for them and what we feel.
“Sometimes there are things that will hurt us, but it's the best for our children,” she noted.
In terms of dating, Mommy Trina flat out rejected the idea of finding love for now.
The content creator stressed, “Nawa'y ilayo ako sa mga taong stress lang dadalhin sa'kin. At ilayo 'yung mga taong bibigyan ko lang din ng stress.”
Carlo is now married to fellow actor Charlie Dizon. They tied the knot in Silang, Cavite, in June 2024.
