Vice Ganda earns praises with timely 'Piliin Mo Ang Pilipinas' entry

Vice Ganda has joined in the trending "Piliin Mo Ang Pilipinas" make-up challenge and fans and fellow celebrities couldn't help but applaud the video.
The It's Showtime host shared on Friday night the video of him doing the trend, which quickly captured the attention of netizens.
"Lagi kitang pipiliin, Pilipinas," Vice wrote in the caption.
Aside from the smooth transitions and the stunning Filipiniana looks featured, the Unkabogable star also incorporated in his makeup challenge some of the pressing issues the country is facing.
This includes public transportation, heavy traffic, pollution, disruption of tourist spots, and even the West Philippine Sea dispute.
At the end of the video produced by YouMeUs MNL, Vice can be seen crawling on the sand, but still chose to raise and wave the Philippine flag.
"Kahit mahirap kang ipaglaban, pinipili pa rin kita, Pilipinas," the text read.
Fans and followers were all amazed with Vice's video and even his fellow local stars penned their praises for it.
Anne Curtis commented, "The message," with a crying emoji, while Jolina Magdangal said, "Meme!!!!! Totoo lahat to. Ang galing ng pagkwento."
