Vlogger and DJ Jellie Aw shocked netizens when photos of her with visible bruises and wounds surfaced on social media.
DJ Jellie bravely shared her story in a Facebook post, accusing her fiancé, Jam Ignacio, for assaulting her. She wrote, "HAPPY VALENTINES? T***a mo Jam Ignacio, mapapatay mo ako," she emotionally captioned."Halos mamatay ako sa ginawa mo! Papakulong kita."
Jam was the former boyfriend of actress Karla Estrada.
DJ Jellie's sister, Jo Aw, also took to social media to defend her sister. "BIGLA NA LANG PINAG SASAPAK, BINUGBOG HABANG PAUWI ATE KO, WALANG KALABAN LABAN SA LOOB NG NAKALOCK NA SASAKYAN."
She futher wrote her outrage. "Una sa lahat kung ano man ginawa ng ate ko wala kang ni anong karapatan dampian ng kamay yung ate ko. Ang kapal naman ng mukha mo "JAM IGNACIO."
Jo went on to share how Jellie was able to escape the situation. Jam had trouble at a toll gate, which gave Jellie a brief window to ask for help from the teller.
"Wala kang awa!! Demonyo, mapapatay mo na ate ko," Jo added.
Based on Jo's post, Jellie was safe with the authorities and receiving proper medical care.
Jellie, a club DJ and social media personality, admitted her relationship with Jam to her fans in August 2024. The couple got engaged four months later.
