Yen Santos, Chavit Singson address rumors on alleged secret child

Actress Yen Santos and politician Chavit Singson finally tackled the long-circulating issue linking them to an alleged child together, brushing it off with humor during a vlog.
In her latest video, Santos sat down with Singson and asked him a series of questions, eventually addressing the speculation head-on.
The actress noted that talk about their supposed child has been around for years, even if she has repeatedly denied it.
“Ano ang comment mo sa mga rumors tungkol sa atin?” Yen asked him.
“Palagay ko ikaw lang makakasagot niyan,” Chavit said, laughing.
The former Ilocos Sur governor added that he is unfazed by critics who choose to believe gossip.
“Well, wala naman okay lang dahil yung iba marites lang,” he remarked.
At one point, Santos also asked if Singson had ever dated anyone from showbiz.
She asked, "Mayroon ka na bang nakarelasyon na celebrity?"
Chavit answered, "Wala pa. Mga marites lang 'yun."
To clear the air further, Santos shared how their families have been close for many years, which often fueled speculation.
“Kwento ko lang din kung paano kami nagkakilala. More than a decade na, kasi he's a family friend. Super tropa ito ng aking parents kaya lagi tayong na-i-issue, mayroon pa nga raw tayong anak, 'di ba? Malaki na raw 'yung anak natin, si Yanyan. Guys, hindi po namin siya anak. Kapatid ko 'yun, at ninong siya nun,” she clarified.
