Ysabel Ortega makes heartwarming promise to Miguel Tanfelix

Sparkle actress Ysabel Ortega was among those who greeted her on-screen partner Miguel Tanfelix on his birthday this Thursday, September 25.
The two last worked together in the high-rating primetime series Voltes V: Legacy, where Miguel played the role of Steve Armstrong, while Ysabel was cast as Jamie Robinson.

Ysabel posted on social media her heartfelt greeting for Miguel, “Happy birthday to this boy who never fails to make me smile. Whether as an actor, a jokerist, even a wakeboarder, and soon a director, I'll always have your back.”
In his exclusive interview last February on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Miguel confirmed that he is courting Ysabel.
He also said this to Ysabel's mom, Michelle, to assure her that he has only good intentions with her daughter. "'Wag po kayong mag-aalala, pinagdadaan po namin 'yung bawat steps na kailangan naming pagdaanan para mas makilala 'yung isa't isa," Miguel said.
"Andito lang po naghihintay para sa approval n'yo po and para kay Ysabel."
Prior to Voltes V: Legacy, Miguel and Ysabel were also the lead stars in the primetime drama What We Could Be in 2022.
Remember the time Ysabel Ortega surprised Miguel Tanfelix during a fan meeting event, organized by Sparkle, at Sky Ranch in Tagaytay a year ago, on September 22, 2022? It was the first time Miguel got to celebrate his birthday with his supporters since the pandemic.
