If you're ready to carve your way to fitness, K-pop style, here's a list of workouts you can do straight from the idols themselves.

With March finally here, it definitely means one thing: bikini season!

That's why a lot of us are vowing to get in shape as soon as we can. And while we may have tried to get in shape with the help of YouTube workout gurus, it's also great to draw some inspiration from our favorite Korean idols.

If you're ready to carve your way to fitness, K-pop style, here's a list of workouts you can do straight from the idols themselves.

1. MAMAMOO's Solar's Tabata Workout Challenge

If you don't have the time to work out, maybe you can squeeze at least four minutes of your day and try Solar's Tabata Workout Challenge at home. The Tabata workout hails from Japan and lasts only four minutes, but it's likely to be one of the longest four minutes you've endured. Throughout the video, Solar pushes you to work out hard for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. By the 12-minute mark, you'd already completed three sets of each 4-minute exercise.

2. Wonho's at-home ab workout

Say goodbye to Chloe Ting's ab workout and say hello to your new coach in the form of K-pop idol Wonho. In his four-minute video, Wonho shares how he keeps his “Captain Korea” abs by teaching his fans his top seven moves, including toe touch crunch, spider plank, side crunch, twist sit-up, and so much more. What's more, you don't need any equipment!

3. 2PM's Nichkhun's at-home workout

Even before the rise of YouTube workout gurus, 2PM's Thai Prince Nichkhun has already shared his at-home workout routine in between his hectic tour activities. Throughout the video, Nichkhun goes to detail about how he achieves his body without leaving his home with the help of his trusty resistance band.

4. Jessi's glam workout

“NUNU NANA” rapper Jessi is joined by fitness trainer Ray Yang where they show how Jessi achieves her perfectly toned body with the help of a few gym equipments. Jessi's workout targets mostly the glutes, the abs, and the back so that you can show off your perfect form in no time!

5. AOA's Yoga Class

If hardcore exercises aren't your thing, maybe AOA's yoga class can help you lose the extra pounds and achieve balance in mind and body all at the same time. Here, the Ace of Angels shares with their fans some basic poses and breathing techniques so you too can achieve your fitness goals without the strain of weights.
