Camille and Cerwin Dionisio of Elite Goods PH created a matcha cheesecake that is rich and filled with authentic matcha flavor.
Camille said, “When it comes to the taste and quality, I'll guarantee that even those who are not that into matcha flavor will also love this perfect match of creamy cheesecake and matcha flavor.
"Our 8-inch matcha cheesecake is not too sweet and bitter. We also called it ala yogurt ice cream cake because it is creamy and with texture on the center. Best to eat when it's perfectly cooled and chilled!”
Matcha cheesecake is priced at PhP 750.

This Blueberry and Mango Cheesecake is a perfect option for those who can't pick just one flavor of cheesecake. Nicole Roxas Salgado of Bake My Day "Treats from the Heart" said she uses prime ingredients to make their cheesecake special.
"Our cheesecakes are not baked. These are ref cakes but they don't melt. These are made from branded ingredients like cream cheese, all purpose cream, gelatin, whipped cream and of course crushed grahams."
Nicole added that they offer different sizes of cheesecakes.
"We have cheesecake in a jar (size is 4oz) priced at PhP 85.00 each, minimum of 30 pieces. Cheesecake in tin can size is Php 430, and the 8-inch cheesecake is PhP 950."

Carmina Yap introduced a cheesecake that originated from Spain in her store Sweetbitesbymin.
She narrated the history of her Basque Burnt Cheesecake and added the reasons why it's a must-try for cheesecake lovers.
“Our version of Basque Burnt Cheesecake is inspired by San Sebastian, Spain, in Basque Country. and was created at the restaurant named La Vina.
"This is the cheesecake that is burned, cracked and cooked at the high temperature to achieve the signature look; burnt exterior and consistently creamy interior. It incorporates the heavy cream to enhance the creamy, silky, and rich texture of this cake.
"Simply irresistible and are crust less compared to the normal baked cheesecake. Truly a must-try for cheesecake lovers!”
Basque Burnt Cheesecake is available at PhP 600 (6 inches) and PhP 1,000 (8 inches).

Owner Yvonne Jessa R. Tigaronita created a Keto Cheesecake since she's also following a ketogenic diet.
She said, "Ever since, I've been a cheesecake fan. So when I started the low carb diet hindi ko na makain 'yung mga bini-bake ko.
"I just tried making keto cheesecake last October when I started to do low carb diet."
Yvonne promised that health buffs will still enjoy the creaminess of a cheesecake with her product.
"Same taste pa rin naman po. Though the texture of the crust is a little different since I replaced graham crust with almond flour. I also replaced all forms of sugar content with Stevia or Equal."
Keto Cheesecake is priced at PhP 700 for a round tin can.

The Merry Go Round Cheesecake is composed of 10 flavors such as blueberry, mango, dark chocolate, matcha, cherry, Oreo, banana choco chips, ube macapuno, Smores, and alcapone.
Cheryll enrolled in a workshop to learn one of her success products.
"Actually I learned this cheesecake recipe from a chef noong nag-workshop ako. We also use premium cheesecake ingredients that's why it is flavorful talaga.
"'Yung creaminess niya is what makes this special, kasi nga premium ingredients ang gamit."
The Merry Go Round cheesecake is priced at PhP 1,000.
