After three years in recording, the “Hello” hitmaker has made her long-awaited comeback on Friday with the release of her '30.'
Adele's new 12-track studio album called 30 is a cathartic narration of her feelings and realizations at a time when her life was “a maze of absolute mess and inner turmoil.”
In her songs "My Little Love" and "I Drink Wine," the British singer-songwriter sampled raw and emotional voice messages to herself and her nine-year-old son as she went through a turbulent time dealing with divorce, moving on, and “a year of anxiety.”
Hours ahead of the album release, the Grammy winner also shared an at-home performance of her song "To Be Loved" on her social media accounts.
Last October, Adele debuted the album's first single “Easy On Me,” along with its official music video, which climbed the US and British singles charts since its release.
