Fresh from her Miss Saigon UK stint, Aicelle Santos is back to performing onstage and prepping for her wedding with Kapuso reporter Mark Zambrano.

In an interview with Nelson Canlas for 24 Oras, Aicelle mentioned she's already visualized her wedding dress which will be designed by Edwin Tan. She said, “Edwin Tan is doing my dress. We're still exchanging ideas.”

The Kapuso singer said she wants to keep her wedding ceremony simple, but with lots of good food. “Actually the whole wedding is simple… Mark and I, kilala mo naman kami, napakasimple naming tao. We want to make sure the food is good kasi mahilig kaming kumain. Gusto ko lang mag-enjoy lahat ng pamilya at kaibigan namin.”

Exciting things ahead for Aicelle Santos

Aicelle is set to star in the rerun of Himala: Isang Musikal as Elsa.

“I'm excited to do this especially kasi sarili nating wika, nakaka-miss din. I really miss performing for our fellow Filipinos,” Aicelle said.

She will also be part of Ballet Philippines' restaging of “Tales of the Manuvu,” a pop-rock opera ballet which portrays the Manobo tribe's folk tales.

Lastly, Aicelle will be making a TV comeback this April as one of the mainstays of Studio 7.
