Actress Aiko Melendez greeted her boyfriend Zambales Vice-Governor Jay Khonghun to mark their anniversary as a couple.

The 'Prima Donnas' star wrote a sweet message on Instagram, thanking her politician boyfriend for being her “number one fan and critic.”

Aiko and Jay have been together for three years now. The two went public with their relationship in March 2018 to put the rumors to rest.

Prior to being an item, Aiko revealed that she and Jay were supposed to go on a date several years back.

She was, however, ignoring Jay's messages and invitations as she didn't know him well enough at the time.

Aiko eventually relented and that single dinner date was followed by frequent exchange of messages and more meet-ups in between.

Last year, Aiko and Jay flew to Sydney, Australia to mark their second anniversary.
