Aira Lopez: "One of the best days of my life!"
Status by Sparkle artist Aira Lopez has achieved a remarkable new milestone.
Aira announced that she participated in the TCS New York City Marathon 2025, which took place last Sunday, November 2.
Aira shared in her post, "One of the best days of my life! #NewYorkMarathon"
The Status by Sparkle artist confessed that she challenged herself this year, as she was not fond of long-distance running.
"To be honest, I never really liked long distance running — that's why in triathlon, I only get excited about the bike part! Hehe. But this year, I challenged myself to do a marathon, and fortunately, my @newbalance family gave us a slot for NYCM! What a dream come true"
Aira also thanked everyone who supported her in completing the marathon. She said, "Big thanks to everyone who cheered, especially the Pinoys, and my own crew who flew all the way here to support — love you guys! After experiencing my first marathon here, it's official — I'm chasing the other majors next! Hehe"
Her posts included a video capturing her emotional moment during the marathon. Aira also showed that her boyfriend, Mark Leviste, was there to support her.
