The Pambansang Bae revealed via Twitter how his mom had to deal with a mental illness, in hopes of spreading awareness about the reality of mental health.
“My mom suffered from bipolar depression all her life when she had us. I know every single detail of it, and how hard she suffered from it,” Alden said.
