Another endorsement for the phenomenal love team!
Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza are both very thankful to be chosen as the new face of Platinum Karaoke. In an event organized by Platinum Karaoke at Rigodon Ballroom in The Peninsula Manila, Maine talked about why they accepted the offer.
She explained, “Nagiging way na to relieve stress [ang pagkanta sa Karaoke], and para mag-unwind, and, at the same time, nag-e-enjoy ka. Kaya go na kami, accept na agad nung nalaman namin.”
Alden also added, “Kasi po it’s an honor. Platinum Karaoke has been around for 60 years, so it’s a privilege to be a part of the family as well.”
Maine also revealed that their family used to do karaoke sessions at home. She said, “Platinum [Karaoke] din pala ‘yung karaoke namin sa bahay before.”
During the event Alden and Maine also performed for the members of the media. Alden sang "Buko" by Jireh Lim, while Maine sang "Till They Take My Heart Away" by Clair Marlo.
