
Espesyal ang unang tambalan nina Alden Richards at Nadine Lustre sa romantic comedy series na Love, Siargao. na collaboration project ng Viu Philippines, Viva Entertainment, at GMA.
Sa vlog interview ng Filipino broadcast journalist na si Karen Davila, ibinahagi ng Love, Siargao stars na isa itong "dream project" para sa kanilang dalawa.
"Actually, this is my first time. I've known Ms. Garlic for the longest time. We were planning to get into a project together, and I think one of the things na hinintay namin pareho was the right time, the right project, and the right partner," kuwento ni Alden tungkol sa proyekto.
Para sa Kapuso actor, mas naging makabuluhan ang serye dahil naipapakita nito ang kagandahan ng Pilipinas at naipagmamalaki nito ang mga tanawing mayroon ang bansa.
Dagdag pa niya, "Saying yes to Love, Siargao is a dream for all of us. This is like our dream project for 2026."
Samantala, nananatiling espesyal din ang serye para kay Nadine dahil itinuturing niyang "home" ang Siargao.
"This is different kasi this is close to my heart. You know, this is home for me," pahayag ng aktres.
"And I am just really, really happy that Viu has been so gracious when it comes to us being able to suggest input and ideas. And I am happy kasi we're finally being able to showcase the Philippines properly," dagdag niya.
Ipinalabas ang Love, Siargao noong June 26 sa Viu Philippines. Umani naman ito ng positibong reaksyon mula sa viewers, lalo na dahil sa nakakakilig na chemistry nina Alden at Nadine.
Bukod sa Love, Siargao, mapapanood din si Alden sa upcoming GMA medical drama series na Code Grey. Makakasama niya rito sina Christopher de Leon, Romnick Sarmenta, Andrea Torres, Faith Da Silva, Allen Ansay, Shuvee Etrata, Joross Gamboa, Christian Bautista, Kristoffer Martin, at Jon Lucas.
