Alden Richards has been named the 2024 Box Office King by the Cinema Exhibitors Association of the Philippines (CEAP).
Alden Richards has a new reason to celebrate his outstanding achievement in the Philippine film industry.
Sparkle shared the exciting news on Instagram, congratulating Asia's Multimedia Star on being named the 2024 Box Office King with a congratulatory message alongside his photo and the prestigious award he just received.
"Congratulations to Asia's Multimedia Star, Alden Richards, on being named the 2024 Box Office King by the Cinema Exhibitors Association of the Philippines (CEAP) for his movie 'Hello, Love, Again.'" Sparkle wrote.
The award was presented during the Cine Expo 2025. Joining him at the ceremony was GMA Network's Senior Vice President, Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes.
Kathryn Bernardo was also hailed as the 2024 Box Office Queen for the success of their movie.
Hello, Love, Again was also honored by the CEAP for its groundbreaking achievement as the highest-grossing Filipino film in history.
The historic Filipino film is a sequel to the 2019 hit film Hello, Love, Goodbye.
Following Alden's success in his career and his growing focus on fitness, he is also set to host the highly anticipated dance competition Stars on the Floor, which will premiere on GMA this June.
