
Asia's Multimedia Star Alden Richards is still riding high from his recent triathlon relay.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, the Stars on the Floor 2026 host shared his reflections on the event, expressing his pride and happiness in overcoming the challenge of a triathlon.
“It's been a week, but some moments stay with you,” he began.
“The early mornings, the doubts, the push to keep going… and the people who made it all worth it,” Alden continued.
The actor expressed his gratitude to his team, Wil Dasovich and Nico Bolzico, for being among his inspirations to complete the race.
“Thank you @wil_dasovich and @nicobolzico — your words meant more than you know, proud to have done the race with you guys,” he said.
“To coach @algonzales96, thank you for believing in me and helping me get to that starting line ready. Your presence and guidance led me to that moment of victory,” he added. “And to @byd.carsph, proud to be part of something that stands for progress and sustainability beyond the race.”
Looking back on his struggles, he shared that “there's a different kind of pride in completing what once felt impossible” with the “right team, a fixed mindset, and a clear goal.”
“Limits doesn't exist,” he continued.
“Here's to more… see you on the next,” Alden concluded his post.
Recently, Alden Richards completed his first-ever triathlon relay at the BYD Ironman 70.3 Davao, where he finished the race as the cyclist on his team.
