“Mahirap. Mahirap 'to Martin, especially 'pag bumibigay na 'yung katawan mo, the right people is really essential for you to be able to achieve your goal,” said Alden.
Reflecting on the team's achievement, the actor expressed his fulfillment with their ninth place overall ranking during the relay in Davao.
“We're very proud na we ranked ninth place sa overall relay teams out of all the 18 teams that participated and we ranked eighth with the all-male gender category,” he shared.
Driven by the momentum of his latest finish, Alden officially announced his plans to level up his athletic pursuits by competing in his first full triathlon next year.
“Sinabi ko sa sarili ko right after the race, and I even told my coach, na gusto ko na ituloy. Sayang 'yung momentum, so I will be doing my first triathlon next year, full triathlon,” Alden revealed.
