Louie Asuncion is Alden's character in the GMA Primetime 'The World Between Us'

The lock-in taping of the highly-anticipated return of The World Between Us has concluded, and its lead star, Alden Richards, shared the greatest lesson he learned from portraying Louie Asuncion.

After renewing his contract with GMA Artist Center, the Asia's Multimedia Star first explained what will happen to Louie now that he has been framed for a crime he did not commit.

"Ito kasi 'yung role na hindi lang siya one dimensional, meaning parang from the first parts of the story going to the conflict and to the final arc, meron transition si Louie," explained Alden.

"There are three stages, nagsimula when they were young, and then the second part was 'yung naka-graduate siya and he became successful by himself, working hard.

"And then eventually, may mga unfortunate events na mangyayari sa kanya that will change him into a darker person.

"So 'yun 'yung nagustuhan ko, 'yung malinaw na malinaw 'yung transition ni Louie from the first parts of the story going to the ending."

According to Alden, Louie taught him how to stand for himself and don't let others take advantage of him.

"Well, si Louie kasi 'yung typical good boy, example ng good boy. So, minsan okay lang maging mabait pero hindi okay maging mabait kapag people are taking advantage of you. 'Yun 'yung isa na naituro sa akin nung role na 'to.

"And it's always nice to stand for yourself once in a while and don't let other people walk over you."
