#AlDubEBTamangPanahon was identified as the most used hashtag in 24 hours by the Guiness World Records.

During the tenth year anniversary of micro-blogging site Twitter, Guinness World Records published a list of the five most significant world record achievements by its users.

#AlDubEBTamangPanahon was identified as the most used hashtag in 24 hours. The feat was accomplished from October 24 to 25, 2015, amassing 40,706,392 uses.

Tamang Panahon was the first no holds barred meeting of love team Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza who previously communicated via split screens, or within restrictions.

Other record breakers were creator Jack Dorsey’s first tweet, Caitlyn Jenner for the fastest ever time to reach one million followers, Germany’s 2014 FIFA World Cup victory which set the record for the most tweets per minute, and Ellen Degeneres’s celebrity group selfie during the 86th Academy Awards which was the most retweeted message.
