Bulgaria's star spiker Aleksandar Nikolov might be feeling sad that his team didn't win the World Championship title last weekend, but the memories he gained throughout the days staying in the Philippines will be priceless.
Bulgaria lost to Team Italy and Aleksandar's squad had to settle with a silver medal finish.
In a series of posts via Instagram Story, the Gen-Z volleyball star expressed his gratitude to all the Pinoys who supported them throughout their journey.
He even posted a photo of all the gifts he received from his fans and stated that he will bring all of these with him back home.
Aleksandar won the Best Outside Hitter recognition in this edition of the Volleyball World Championship. He also got to play with his brother Simeon 'Moni' Nikolov, who is the ace setter of their team as well.
