Alethea Ambrosio wins big for the Philippines.
The Philippines Miss Supranational bet Alethea Ambrosio was hailed as Miss Supranational Asia & Oceania on the coronation night of the competition last Saturday, July 6 (July 7 in Manila), held in Malopolska, Poland.
Thanks to her splendid performance, Alethea was the highest-placing delegate from the region among the Top 12.
She was also the first-ever Filipina who was given the continental title of Miss Supranational Asia & Oceania 2024.
Meanwhile, Indonesia's Harashta Haifa Zahra was hailed as this year's Miss Supranational.
Alethea's victory is just an addition to the Philippines' many wins at the Supranational event.
Her fellow Philippines bet, Brendon Espiritu, finished third overall at the Mister Supranational Contest last July 4, 2024.
He was also the first Philippine bet to advance to the top 5 of the event.
Aside from her Miss Supranational Asia & Oceania 2024 crown, Alethea was also a semi-finalist in the Supranational Supramodel of the Year Challenge where she went head-to-head with Cote D' Ivoire, Bolivia, Thailand, Aruba, and Slovakia.
She was also a semi-finalist in the Miss Supranational's Miss Influencer Opportunity. She competed with delegates from Venezuela, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Cote d'Ivoire.
