“Come back when you're 50!”- Alice Dixson
Versatile TV-movie actress Alice Dixson's Instagram post about fitness influencers sparked conversation recently.
Alice, who turned 56 in 2025 and a former Binibining Pilipinas International 1986 winner, posted on her Instagram her thoughts about fitness content creators.
According to her, she would like to see them when they reach around their 50s and maintain their health.
She wrote, “I'm not impressed kapag mga fitness influencers are in their 20's.”
“Nung 21 ako I was hot AF too. My diet was cereal, chips & daiquiris. My workout was dancing 'til 3am sa discos. Come back when you're 50!”
On her Instagram, she then explained that she was not putting anyone down with her opinion, but wanted to emphasize a point.
“I'm not putting the younglings down - just emphasizing a point,” Alice noted.
She added, “And ladies who have given birth - esp multiple times - na still look n feel great… get the biggest… applause & respect from me. Bow.”
Her post generated a lot of response from netizens, even actress Ina Feleo. Many were also impressed by Alice keeping herself youthful now that she is in her 50s.
