Alice Dixson showed how much she appreciates her fans when she posted a heartfelt tribute to a long-time supporter, Emer Aquino, who passed away recently.
On her Instagram post yesterday, June 15, Alice posted an old news clipping about her and the story of Emer.
The actress remembered how Emer religiously collected all the tabloid and newspaper articles featuring her.
She wrote on the caption, “Today I'm remembering one of my fans that passed last week; his name, Emer Aquino.
“He introduced himself to me when I was a teenager and remember fondly how he collected all the tabloid and newspaper articles he could find and would proudly present to me every time he would visit.”
Alice added that she once visited Emer at work, when the shoot location of her film was nearby.
“I even remember dropping by his place of employment [Sugar Regulatory Board if I'm not mistaken] in QC Circle once when I was shooting a movie nearby.
“And although he had an odd way of expressing himself and to some would seem standoffish, I understood him.”
She ended her post by describing Emer as a kind person and she will surely miss him.
“His heart was kind and joys simple... This article is one of the many many he shared with me. I had just turned 19.
“Emer, say hello to my Mom and Dad in heaven and please give them a BIG long hug for me xoxo Dikya.”
