“Umiiwas po ako sa pork at sa mamantikang pagkain, tapos lagi po akong nagdadala ng bottled vinaigrette kasi ‘yun ang pinaka healthy na sauce ng salad,” revealed Aljur when asked about how he maintains his chiseled body.

The Prinsesa ng Buhay Ko actor added, “Disiplina, dedikasyon at saka kailangan talagang ihabol ang workout kahit busy.”

To be at the peak of one’s physical fitness, Aljur believes in setting a goal and literally sweating it out until the goal has been achieved.

He shared, “Minomonitor ko ‘yung progression ng katawan ko. Siyempre, ‘pag sinabi kasing sexy, physically, dapat handa ka. Hindi man totally na makuha mo ‘yung gusto mo, basta ma-commit mo ‘yung sarili mo sa hanggang saan ang kaya ng katawan mo.“

However, it is not enough to live a healthy lifestyle and look physically fit. For Aljur, a man is only man enough if he knows how to treat a woman right.

The Kapuso hunk stated, “Sa palagay ko, nasa pagtrato at pagmamahal sa babae iyan. Kumbaga, dapat hindi sinasaktan ang babae emotionally and physically. Ang babae kasi, pinaghihirapan iyan. Dapat silang respetuhin at mahalin nang tama.”

When it comes to making the moves, Aljur would rather do it the old-fashioned way. He would serenade the girl of his dreams and surprise her with simple yet meaningful gifts whenever he can. Being sweet is a must.

Likewise, Aljur is attracted to women who are sweet. He gets drawn to those who exude a positive aura and have expressive eyes. Sporty and adventurous girls turn him on as well. You might just be the girl that will make his head turn.
