Kapuso star Allen Ansay had a heartwarming birthday celebration on GMA's morning show Unang Hirit!

As the program wrapped up today (November 19), the UH family surprised their newest hostmate with an on-air birthday greeting.

"Pero bago tayo magtapos, may babatiin muna tayo," Arnold Clavio teased before the group burst into the birthday song.

Allen was visibly confused at first, processing what was happening—until it finally clicked.

"Hoy! Ako pala!" he exclaimed with a big smile.

The UH barkada surprised him with a birthday cake and an exclusive UH jacket. Adding to the fun, Arnold even sparked a mini food fight by playfully smearing icing on Susan Enriquez's face.

In the earlier part of the program, Allen showcased his cooking skills in the UH Kitchen with his special Adobong Manok recipe.

He also opened up about being called the “New-Gen Leading Man.”

"Hindi ko talaga siya in-expect kahit before kasi ang gusto ko lang talaga before is makapasok sa showbiz. Kasi pangarap ko nga po 'yung makapag-arte, makita ng pamilya ko sa TV. Hindi ko siya in-expect na iisipin nila na next leading man," Allen shared.

The Kapuso actor also revealed his career goals, including his desire to take on more action-themed projects.

Meanwhile, Allen wrapped up filming his upcoming horror movie Huwag Kang Titingin with his love team partner Sofia Pablo.

They starred alongside other beloved young actors such as Marco Masa, Michael Sager, Sean Lucas, Josh Ford, Charlie Fleming, Kira Balinger, Shuvee Etrata, Anthony Constantino, and many more.
