Aside from being one of the stars in the hit afternoon primetime series 'AraBella,' Althea Ablan reached another milestone in her career.
Sparkle artist and AraBella star Althea Ablan was recently revealed to be the newest ambassador of the Filipino-made clothing brand, BNY Jeans, to which the young actress is proud to be one.
In a press conference on March 27, Althea was announced to be the brand's newest ambassador and according to the young actress, she's proud to be part of the BNY family.
“Looking forward ako kung ano 'yung pinrepare ng BNY for me and siyempre, ito na, na-release na'ko as the new ambassador and I'm proud to say na part na ako ng BNY,” Althea said.
She added that the styles and designs from the brand are the same type of clothes she loves to wear, especially jackets.
“Actually, mas more on sa jackets dahil mahilig ako mag cover-up. May mood ako na comfy lang ako mag-style, meron ding time na pa-girl naman ako,” she added.
She also expressed how thankful she is to God, her family, and all her supporters.
“Thankful po ako siyempre kay God dahil hindi niya ako pinapabayaan, at alam niya kung ano 'yung gusto kong abutin. Nandyaan siya,” she said.
She added, “Siyempre 'yung family ko na sinusuportahan ako kasi wala ako dito kung hindi dahil sa kanila, sa pagsu-support nila sa'kin so sobrang thankful talaga 'ko. And siyempre sa management ko, hindi nila ako pinapabayaan. 'Yung trust nila sa'kin is nandyaan and sa mga sumusuporta sa'kin.”
Despite the confident smile, the actress, however, said that she was really nervous even before the event started, and even after the event officially ended.
“Kanina pa lang, pagkaupong-pagkaupo ko pa lang, sabi ko, 'Ang bilis ng heartbeat ko, bakit ako kinakabahan?' Pero 'yun 'yung feeling ko, na excited ako,” she said.
She added, “Kasi first time ko din na mag-isa yung mag-pe-present, 'yung presscon, ganyan. Pero natapos ko naman siya, at super happy ako and blessed. Thank you kay God dahil hindi niya ako pinapabayaan.”
