Steve quickly took to Twitter to send his heartfelt apology to Miss Philippines, Miss Colombia and all the televiewers for the huge mistake he has committed.
 

I'd like to apologize wholeheartedly to Miss Colombia & Miss Philippines for my huge mistake. I feel terrible.
