In a recently uploaded Happy Islanders vlog, Andi Eigenmann gave their viewers an update on the current happenings in their island life and tried her hand at showing their favorite way of cooking leftover Lechon.
As Philmar Alipayo embarks on his surfing trip and Ellie celebrates her birthday with her dad, Andi and her two other kids Lilo and Koa are left in their home at Siargao. To bide their time, Andi and Lilo decided to revamp their leftover Lechon from Ellie's birthday celebration and make a Siargao-style Lechon Paksiw out of it.
Andi shared that her staple kitchen helper whenever she cooks is Lilo. The curious little girl watched her mom chop the remaining Lechon pieces and slice the other ingredients. As Andi focused on food making, Lilo made sure that their viewers remain entertained.
From time to time, Lilo faced the camera and showed her bubbly little face. She's also making small commentaries about her mom's cooking style and was the first to taste her creation. Once they packed up, they invited Koa to lunch and the three ate together.
