Celebrity mom, vlogger, and traveler Andi Eigenmann was thrilled to have competed in her first surfing competition.

In an Instagram Story, Andi expressed her happiness about joining the 7th Pacifico Local Surfing Competition in San Isidro, Siargao, yesterday, September 12, and even making it to the second round.

“I joined my first comp today, and made it to round 2!hihih sooo happy!” she said.

In a separate post, she also thanked her fiance Philmar Alipayo for supporting her in her dreams.

“Thanks my mahal, for supporting me in my dreamzzzz!” she said.

She also showed some other pictures of herself at the contest taken by surf photographer Pabst Camingue.

Philmar, meanwhile, expressed how proud he was of Andi in his own Instagram story.

“So proud of my mahal,” he said.

In a separate post, she mentioned how she had been taking surfing lessons for three months before she was able to surf together with her daughter and fiance, which was one of the things on her bucket list.

Andi left the glamour of celebrity life and the city when she moved to Baler, Aurora in 2018, before moving to Siargao in 2019 to build her dream home and live a simpler life.

She and Philmar have been engaged since December 2020 and have two kids together, Lilo and Koa. They have since set up a surf school and snack bar on the island after Typhoon Odette devastated Siargao and left surfing instructors jobless.

Andi also has another child with actor Jake Ejercito, Ellie. The two met recently in France when Andi and Philmar went on a vacation there last August together with their kids.

Recently, Andi and Philmar went to Bali, Indonesia with their kids on their first out-of-the-country trip as a family, and even shared that she was on cloud nine to be surfing again after their return.
