Andi Eigenmann took advantage of the being under quarantine to plant different types of vegetables and the results were impressive!

Andi Eigenmann proudly shared with her followers that she is now growing her own food.

Andi, together with partner Philmar Alipayo, decided to grow their own food two weeks ago. The couple had the perfect time to focus on the project due to the quarantine period.

She wrote in her Instagram stories, "@chepoxz and I have always wanted to grow our food. And due to lockdown: he built a garden bed 2 weeks ago, that we filled with soil from pigsty, chunks and chunks of kalabaw (poop emoji) and all of this food waste.

Today, April 13, is the 14th day of the garden and Andi shared the impressive result of their hard work.

Andi's garden has tomatoes, pechay, watermelon, and pumpkin growing.

However, one of the things that Andi noticed in her garden was ampalaya or bitter gourd which she couldn't remember planting.

Andi said, "We didn't even know we threw ampalaya seeds!!!"

Garlic is also something they are looking forward to having in their garden.

Among all of the plants, Andi's favorite was the avocado. She wrote: "They say playing favorites is a bad thing but I love my baby avocado the most."

She added, "Already cracked in the middle with a tiny root coming out at the bottom yeyesz."

Andi is now based in Siargao with Philmar and their baby, Lilo. Andi also has a daughter, Elie, whom she shares with Jake Ejercito.
