Andrea Torres was feeling a bit emotional during her contract renewal at the "Signed for Stardom" event held last Friday, September 22, at GMA Network.

Andrea, who has been under Sparkle GMA Artist Center for six years, considers everyone in her home network as her second family.

She wrote on her Instagram page after her contract renewal, “Thank you @sparklegmaartistcenter for more than a decade of unparalleled love, motivation, guidance and care My family!

Meanwhile, in a short speech during the "Signed for Stardom" event, Andrea remembered all the people behind Sparkle GMA Artist Center for their guidance and shaping her to become a better artist.

Andrea said, “Grabe! More than a decade na nga ako with GMA and with Sparkle. And talagang hindi sila nawala sa tabi ko to remind me to always push myself.”

“I would like to thank siyempre 'yung mga bosses natin. Lahat ng bumubuo ng Sparkle. Lahat ng mga naging handler ko rin before, mga nakasama ko before.

“Kasi, lahat yan nakatulong yan kung sino ako ngayon. I'm very happy where I am right now.”

Last night, Andrea's new primetime series Love Before Sunrise aired its pilot episode. The series also features Bea Alonzo and Kapuso Drama King Dennis Trillo.

Portraying the role of Czarina in the series, she got a ton of support from fans and her fellow celebrities including her former Maria Clara at Ibarra co-star, Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza.

With more than a decade with GMA Network, Andrea has done several popular TV shows like Ang Lihim ni Annasandra, Alyas Robinhood, and Legal Wives.
