Angelica Panganiban has an inspiring Monday reminder to her fellow mommas about taking care of oneself.
The actress and celebrity mom shared on Instagram mirror selfies of her and her daughter Bean. One of the photos she posted even featured an all-smiles Bean.
Angelica accompanied the post with some reminders for all the mothers.
"Reminder to check on yourself once in a while. Tayong mga momsies, marami na tayong iniisip at inaalagaan. 'Wag kalimutan ang sarili,” Angelica wrote in her caption.
She added, "[L]alo na at summer naaaaa, wag hayaang mahulas ka ng ganun ganun na lang. [H]appy monday everyone!!”
Angelica often shares her parenting journey on Instagram.
Among her most recent posts is when she shared Bean's first airplane experience during their summer getaway in Coron with Glaiza De Castro and Ketchup Eusebio.
Angelika and Gregg Homan welcomed Bean into their lives in September 2022.
The couple had their unica hija baptized in February and her godparents include some of Angelica's closest celebrity friends.
