“We aren't a perfect couple but…” Angelu de Leon wrote on her heartwarming message for husband Wowie Rivera as they celebrated their 10th anniversary.
Angelu de Leon and Wowie Rivera celebrated their 10th anniversary yesterday, September 17.
To mark the occasion, Angelu penned a heartwarming message alongside a photo that was taken on their wedding day on her Instagram.
She wrote, “One decade ago. I'm still looking forward to our eternity together. I love you my love.
“Thank you for still giving me my best life everyday. We both know we couldn't have done it without God being in the center of our relationship.
“All glory to God for His grace and mercies that we receive from Him everyday.
“Since day one we both knew we aren't a perfect couple but we know we serve a perfect God.
“Knowing that made every trial we face worth fighting for. Knowing we already have our victory through Christ Jesus.
“I've proven to myself that in sickness and in health, in size, shape and weight mahal mo ako. Kaya sayo ako!
“I love you not just to the moon and back but to eternity and beyond.”
Before getting married in 2010, Angelu and Wowie were badminton friends. Their relationship blossomed in 2007, and got engaged in June 2010 when they were on a trip to Bangkok.
Angelu and Wowie have a child together, Rafa. Angelu has two daughters from previous relationships, Nicole and Louise.
Wowie also has a son from a previous relationship, Renzo.
