Annabelle Rama says she and Eddie Gutierrez are heading to Singapore for the holidays for his medical treatment.
Talent manager and celebrity mom Annabelle Rama surprised guests at The Maddox Jewelry Gala with her special runway appearance at the event last night, December 4, in Marikina.
Annabelle was among the celebrities who attended and walked in the fashion show segment of the event. Also part of the show were Diana Zubiri, Aubrey Miles, Troy Montero, Jomari Yllana, Abby Viduya, Ara Mina, Dianna Meneses, Maui Taylor, Jao Mapa, Mark Herras, Bugoy Cariño, and many others.
In a separate interview with the entertainment media, Annabelle, together with Maddox owner Charo Cordial, mentioned that the latter should be an example when it comes to the jewelry business.
“Dapat gayahin nila si Charo, two years pa lang siya mayroon na siyang building. Ang yaman-yaman na niya. Meron pa siyang apat na factory. Ako, wala, puro bouncing check ang nakukuha ko.”
She recalled her experience as a jeweler, where she was allegedly scammed because she trusted her clients too much.
“Dalaga pa lang ako, nag-aalahas na ako. Hindi ako umasenso kasi puro one year to pay. Pagdating ng three months, talbog tseke,” Annabelle shared.
She also revealed that she had taken legal action against those who deceived her.
“Marami na ako napakulong kasi walang pangbayad. Pero mayaman sila. Mga bilyonaryo, walang pangbayad,” said the well-known talent manager.
Annabelle said she still hopes to achieve justice against those who scammed her.
“Ayoko mabangit pero sana isa diyan sana makulong na, para matuwa naman ako. 'Wag na clue baka mapatay ako,” she said with a laugh.
For now, Annabelle is more cautious with her clients.
“Meron ako lima na customer, puro cash. Hindi na ako papautang,” she said.

Meanwhile, Annabelle was also asked about the Christmas plans of the Gutierrez family.
She said there would be no grand celebration for now, as she needs to focus on her husband Eddie Gutierrez, who will undergo medical treatment in Singapore.
“Wala, may sakit asawa ko. Babantayan ko. Wala munang party-party. We are leaving for Singapore na for treatment. Lumbar, siya nakalakad na nga,” Annabelle shared briefly.
