Anne Curtis masters the art of multi-tasking as she exercises while sending baby Dahlia Amelie to sleep.
Anne, her husband Erwan Heussaff, and their little daughter have been living in Australia even before the start of the quarantine. This also meant that the first-time parents have to be really hands-on as they spend time away from extra care and attention from their families.
Despite the new challenges, Anne and Erwan have been acing parenthood. Moreover, they make sure to make time not just for their baby but for themselves as well.
Erwan demonstrated this when he launched a health and fitness app with his brother-in-law, Nico Bolzico.
Meanwhile, Anne has begun her journey to reclaim her pre-pregnancy body and even gave netizens a sneak peek of her abs.
In her recent Instagram post, she also shared how she manages to get some sweat time while taking care of her baby.
Anne wrote, “Squeezing in a workout is always tricky now that I have my little one. So happy to discover this fun way of working out while going on my daily walks with Dahlia. Thanks for the inspo @melissawoodhealth! It's soooo good!
“P.S - the back and forwards movement put her to [sleep] in time for her morning nap.”
