Holy Week 2022


Mga Kapuso, here's the list of soul-enriching and inspiring programs to be shown on Black Saturday, April 16.

In observance of the Lenten Season, GTV has produced a special program lineup this coming Maundy Thursday (April 14), Good Friday (April 15), and Black Saturday (April 16).

Here's the list of heartwarming programs for Black Saturday (April 16).

Start the day with the docu-drama series Jesus: His Life, which presents the life of Jesus Christ through the lens of people who were closest to him, at 7:00 a.m.

This will be followed by the animated feature Kung Fu Panda 3 at 8:00 a.m. and Prince of Egypt at 9:00 a.m. Kids can look forward to more adventures in The Secret Life of Pets at 10:30 a.m., and How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World at 11:30 a.m.

Get ready for the final epic journey of Frodo and his friends in The Lord of the Rings: The Return of The King at 1:30 p.m.

Laughter and smiles will be served with Vic Sotto's film Enteng Kabisote 10 and The Abangers at 4:30 p.m. Afterwards, tune in to the GMA's flagship news program 24 Oras at 6:30 p.m.

Don't miss the bittersweet love story of Christine and Raf in Alone/Together, starring Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil, at 7:00 p.m.

Before the day ends, watch the epic historical film Ben-Hur starring Charlton Heston at 9:00 p.m.
