For his first video, Anthony shared his easy-to-make Shrimp Aligue Pasta recipe.
“Sa mga nagdaang months ngayong quarantine, isa sa mga unlocked skills ko ang pagluluto na natutunan ko sa kakapanood ng mga cooking videos online,” he shared in the beginning.
“Kaya naman na-inspire akong i-share sa inyo ang skill na ito.”
The ingredients of Shrimp Aligue ala Anthony Rosaldo are fettuccine pasta, shrimp, aligue (crab paste), heavy cream, tomato paste, onion, garlic, and salt & pepper to taste.
