Arra San Agustin shares her views on 'Your Honor' about the factors that contribute to infidelity.
Versatile actress Arra San Agustin gave her two cents on the reason why people cheat in relationships.
The StarStruck alumna joined Mikoy Morales in Your Honor as a resource person this Saturday (January 17) and she explained to the House of Honorables that 'insecurity' plays a huge factor why someone would cheat.
“Ako feeling ko puno't dulo niyan insecurity talaga, e,” Arra noted. She then explained to Madam Cha and Vice Chair Buboy, “Pagka-insecure ka sa sarili mo, probably insecure ka sa career mo. Or sa pamilya mo, like may insecurity talaga regardless kung saan nangagaling 'yung insecurity na 'yun. Kaya ka nagche-cheat 'yun talaga. Kasi, kung secure kang tao, confident ka.
“Alam mo naman sa sarili mo na itong taong ito pinapahalagahan ka, pinapahalagan mo rin 'tong partner mo. Hindi mo naman gagawin 'yun, hindi papasok sa isip mo 'yun e.”
Dahilan nang babae kung bakit sila nagche-cheat?
Arra also opened up on why women choose to cheat instead of ending the relationship.
She recalled in Your Honor, “May kakilala ako na parang nag-cheat siya, kasi hindi niya ma-let go 'yung boyfriend niya.
“Parang, naawa siya 'tsaka for her parang very familiar hindi na siya makakahanap ng ganitong kabait na tao. So, napa-cheat siya, kasi hindi niya ma-let go, hindi niya kayang sabihin. Wala siyang balls to say what she truly feels. Iba-iba nga kasi 'yung mga tao”
