During the holiday season, Ashley Ortega chose to spread warmth and love through a special outreach program for children.
The Apoy sa Dugo actress joined other celebrities and influencers in a gift-giving drive for more than 300 children from underprivileged communities in San Mateo, Rizal. The initiative was organized by Filipino beauty brand Sugar Dolls Inc. PH, in partnership with the Shunammite Ministry Group and JHOW Christian Church.
The children also enjoyed a fun-filled day with live performances and a clown show.
Spreading even more holiday cheer, over 760 loot bags and gifts, along with 300 packed meals, were distributed to the children.
Beyond her charity work, the Sparkle artist is also busy with her upcoming series Apoy sa Dugo.
She recently debuted her new look on Instagram, sporting micro bangs.
“Who's ready for a new Ash? #ApoySaDugo,” she wrote in the caption.
Joining Ashley Ortega in the upcoming series are Elle Villanueva, Derrick Monasterio, Thea Tolentino, Pinky Amador, and Ricardo Cepeda.
