Kapuso star Ashley Sarmiento calls her fellow Sparkle Teen Marco Masa as one of her constant supporters since day one.
Sparkle teen star Ashley Sarmiento dedicated a short yet heartfelt message for her fellow former child star Marco Masa, who is celebrating his 16th birthday today (August 1).

In an Instagram post, the Kapuso star shared photos of her with Marco, along with her birthday message, saying, “Happy birthday to my childhood bestfriend and one of my constant supporters since day 1. Wishing you all the happiness in the world! @itsmemarcomasa.”
The two teen stars were also an adorable pair during the GMA Gala 2023, which was held last July 22 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Newport, Pasay City.
Prior to the grand event, Marco had a simple yet sweet prom-posal for Ashley when he asked her to be his date for the gala night. “Hi Ash, wala pa akong budget para sa enggrandeng proposal pero… will you be my Gala date?” he wrote on a paper.
Through a video, Ashley then answered him back with a “yes!”
Marco and Ashley are both a part of the Sparkle Teens, the newest group of up-and-coming stars of GMA that were launched in April.
