"Almost 20 years in the making!" says Alessandra de Rossi about her sister Assunta de Rossi, who has just given birth to her first child named Fiore.
Assunta de Rossi and her husband, former Congressman Jules Ledesma, have welcomed their firstborn, Giulia Fiorentina Alessandra Schiavone Ledesma, or Fiore, on October 24, 2020.
Assunta's younger sister, actress Alessandra de Rossi, shared a photo of her holding her newly born daughter on Instagram.
Alessadra wrote, "This is the most beautiful photo for life! Little Fiore and tears of joy in my sister's eyes. ️🥺🏻 Almost 20 years in the making! Miracles happen every day, and this one is the best! Congratulations @assuntaledesma @julesledesma ️ and of course to the new granny na mas oa pa sa naganak, @ermatsko 🤣🤣🤣 THANK YOU LORD."
Assunta's mother Nenita Schiavone also shared photos of her granddaughter on her Instagram.
She said, "Our bundle of joy To hug and to hold from this day onward.... Meet Giulia Fiorentina Alessandra Schiavone Ledesma Nickname: Fiore. Lola nako Thank you Lord for this wonderful gift of life! Earlier this year, Assunta announced she is pregnant with her first child.
She referred to it as a"miracle baby" since she was not expecting she could not carry a pregnancy due to health issues.
Assunta and former Negros Occidental Congressman Jules Ledesma tied the knot in 2004.
